Payment can be made by cheque within 5 working days or debit and credit cards by telephone.
Central Heating is included up to £10 any excess is charged per litre by meter (but this is rare).
Short break prices are available. No VAT. Dogs are charged at £25 per week. £1 Meter for electric (usually £5 or less)

Weekend Breaks
Out of season, discounts may be available for 2 persons. Please contact us for short break and weekend prices.
Pets welcome from October to spring bank holiday (extra charge). Sorry no pets in Ricann Cottage.
Conditions of Hire
- For bookings made more than 28 days before arrival, a deposit of 25% is payable on booking, the balance must be paid 28 days before arrival. Telephone bookings are held open for 7 days pending receipt of the deposit. For bookings made 28 days or less before arrival, the full amount is payable on booking.
- Once a confirmation of booking has been issued, the hirer is responsible for the total price of the holiday, any cancellation must notified at the earliest date and confirmed by letter. We shall endeavour to re-let and, if successful, all monies will be re-funded less expenses.
- All bookings are for a minimum of one week starting at 4 pm, on the day of arrival and ending at 10 am on the day of departure.
- The hirer is expected to take all reasonable care of the property and must leave it clean and tidy at the end of their stay. Any damages or breakages occurring must be notified to the owners without delay.
- No more than the maximum number of people to occupy, as shown on the Cottages page.
